Activities and games are highly adaptable so you can explore all kinds of possibilities - and have fun while doing it!

Plus, our activity stations and group games focus on fine and gross motor skills, such as grip strength, eye/hand coordination and balance not to mention the additional benefit of teamwork and connection!

About the equipment:

We go for colorful and lightweight. Easy to use - and fun to play with.

You will find an array of playground balls (including beach balls), balloons, jacks, hula hoops (and so much more). Play at activity stations is a time of rediscovery and then you can participate in larger, inclusive, cooperative group games.

All classes are offered in an indoor gym with enough space to move around freely, chat with others if you'd like or play on your own. Recess is not just about taking a break, it's about finding your comfort and your 'happy place.'
